I have sprung to get us one month of Zetaboards Premium to test it out and see if it's worth keeping, It's $7.99/month or $79.90/year (pay for 10 months get 2 free). What we get.... Shoutbox (more features for the shoutbox are coming soon) Sneak peeks at all new features before they are added to free Zetaboards also many new features will always remain premium only! Overall faster experience on the forum from posting to load times. Email tracking of messages (finally you can track a discussion that your very interested in and you will get an email when someone has replied to it so you never miss out, this is handy if you can't be on the forum that often!) No second ad on the board front page (less ads are always good BUT no ads are always better I hope all ads eventually go with premium!). Option to change copyright to: Powered by ZetaBoards Premium. (Already done looks sexy lol) Larger board wrapper (which means I can add more features/addons) Ability to send board-wide emails more often. Admin Digest is available to any admin, not just the board owner. (gives admins vital info & stats daily via PM) Admin Digest covers up to 14 days if you have not visited the board in a while. Edited post logs. Admin accessible PM logs. (I will keep this feature turned off because I respect your privacy, PM's are still just that Private Messages!) Staff Security Portal - I can see scores that tell me how secure staff passwords are. This will be an evergrowing list of features and it may or may not be worth keeping so after a months time I guess we can all decide if it's worth paying for! I'm not sure just yet if $7.99 a month is worth it if that $7.99 a month got rid of all ads totally and added maybe one more exclusive feature that all the community would like & use other than the shoutbox then I would think it's a great deal I guess we will see what else they add or change! However if anyone drops money in my paypal via the donate link here on the forum it will automatically go towards a months premium! On top of getting Zeta Premium we have some new permanent features & changes! Forum jump has been added to Active Topics page Spoiler BBCode tags now have an optional title parameter. CLICK ME - YOU CAN NAME THE SPOILER NOW! TEST TEST nothing to see here Unless you want to name the Spolier see following code... Code: `[spolier=ENTER NAME FOR SPOILER]put the spolier here[/spoiler]` Image BBCode tag now supports resizing. To do this use the following code keep in mind the first number in my example is the width & the second is the height adjust those to your liking but try not to stretch the page, this new feature is fantastic for downsizing large photos! Code: `[img=600,400]IMAGE URL[/img]` Option to show buttons for each BBCode. Notice we have some new buttons when making a post the coolest one is the "Flash" button which makes it super easy to post a YouTube video now! ACP: A new Staff security portal. Check to make sure your staff have reasonable password quality scores to help protect their accounts. A score of 3 or 4 is excellent. A score of N/A means we have no scoring data available for that member. They can update their password and a score will be generated for that password. Advanced double post merger. If a user makes two consecutive posts in a topic, they will be merged into a single post. There is an admin preference if the merge should be treated as an edit (no postcount increase and the topic doesn't get bumped) or a new reply (postcount increase and the topic gets bumped). If the combined post would exceed the maximum post length, then a consecutive post is allowed. I have this set with a two hour window so if you double post within 2 hours they will be merged with a post count increase and a topic bump. Were on a new upgraded server so everything speed wise has been improved! (Most speed increases will be maintained even without Zeta Premium) Many bug fixes!

But I wrote to the Zeta staff mentioning that if all ads were removed for members with this new Zetaboards Premium then I would sign up for the full year. Usually when you sign up for a premium service on any site all ads are usually removed in this case they still leave one which is kinda lame if you ask me, I should not have to pay to remove ads on top of paying for the Premium service! Good add blockers kind of Make life very nice with no garbage to read! I know there is less revenue for forums that sell add removal, but....well I don't care

Yeah Via Domus makes for a near perfect default skin because it's neutral it shouldn't scare people away when they first land on the forum and it's calming plus yeah I love the banner I did hehe! Only thing I don't like about the skin is the fact links are hard to distinguish unless you physically underline them when making a post. I have looked through the CSS and I can't figure out where I make the edit so that links are automatically underlined so I am awaiting a reply from the theme creator?

Added a wild new futuristic outer space kinda looking theme called "Akoka" try it out it has all kinds of cool unique effects to it! Only one problem is it don't seem to be compatible with the shoutbox but I mentioned it to the theme creator so hopefully we have a fix soon!
