I have the new Microsoft Wireless Laser Keyboard 6000 V.2 omfg I am so excited this blows my mind it is so incredibly comfortable and ergonomic and it has so many new buttons and features that already have made computing easier! Also wow I have a matching Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse now and it's so comfortable it just cradles my hand and it also has tons of new features and buttons. This keyboard though is fucking amazing.... it's comfort padded so my hands will never get tired now and it's a super quiet type you don't hear a sound when you type it's like a high quality laptop style keyboard but angled.......no more keeping each other up at night when were typing on that old noisy keyboard lol! weeclaps Best part is the price! I went into Staples Business Depot knowing I needed a new keyboard because my old E-Machines one has been frizzing out lately and the first thing I see when I walk in the door is this shiny futuristic box with both this killer looking keyboard and mouse in it and then I see the price $129.99 with a $80 instant savings so this set only cost me $49.99 just INCREDIBLE!!! I also bought the 2year warranty for $6 which is in extension to my 1 year warranty that comes with it, this means if something goes wrong with either the mouse or keyboard in the next 3 years total I bring them in and they will give me a free replacement on the spot with the exact set or a comparatively better one if mine is no longer carried! CNet Reviews gave it a Spectacular 9 out of 10!

Does it take Battery's. I would not know what to do with all the extra buttons. I still have an retro IBM keyboard was built to last and has a 5 foot cord.

Trouble Maker Posts: 460 Group: Member Member #277 Joined: June 12, 2005	hey i just bought the 7000 keyboard and it came with the 8000 lazer mouse, but i dont need the mouse coz the key board has laptop quality's ie a scroll pad, the mouse has a charging dock also
